Integrated organizational and medical estimation of primary incidence rates of autoimmune thyroiditis in the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
A complex of organizational and medical measures has been formed in the Republic of Belarus for the early detection and clinical examination of patients with autoimmune thyroiditis, regulated by a number of legal acts. However, a population-epidemiological analysis of the incidence rates of autoimmune thyroiditis in the regions showed that organizational approaches in the Grodno, Brest, Minsk regions and Minsk-city differed from Vitebsk, Mogilev and Gomel. On the example of the Brest and Gomel regions. A retrospective analysis of the medical records of autoimmune thyroiditis patients showed significant differences in the assessment of laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods for establishing a diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis while there were no significant differences in the volume of execution.
