Особенности состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы у женщин с абдоминальным ожирением и гипертензивными расстройствами беременности в анамнезе

В статье приведены данные эпидемиологических исследований о связи между гипертоническими расстройствами беременности и риском сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в последующей жизни, описаны возможные патофизиологические предпосылки для возникновения артериальной гипертензии после осложненной беременности. Проведен анализ состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы, эндотелиальной функции и толщины комплекса интима-медиа общих сонных артерий у женщин с абдоминальным ожирением и гипертензивными расстройствами беременности в анамнезе.
