Морфологические аспекты в диагностике аденомы и гиперплазии паращитовидных желез (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
В настоящее время морфологическая диагностика заболеваний паращитовидных желез является сложным и трудоемким процессом. Это связано прежде всего с особенностями интерпретации биопсийного материала, отсутствием точных гистологических критериев определения аденомы и гиперплазии паращитовидных желез. В данной статье проведен обзор литературных данных, посвященных морфологическим особенностям дифференциальной диагностики аденомы и гиперплазии паращитовидных желез. Показано, что до настоящего времени нет однозначных морфологических критериев для определения различий между аденомой паращитовидных желез и гиперплазией паращитовидных желез, таким образом необходимо оценивать всю совокупность клинических и морфологических признаков.
