В данном исследовании проведено изучение общественного мнения о влиянии деятельности атомной электростанции на окружающую среду и участие общественности в принятии решений о строительстве новых энергоблоков. Установлено, что среди городского и сельского населения оценки экологической ситуации в месте проживания достоверно отличаются. Опасными процессами большинство респондентов считает хранение и вывоз радиоактивных отходов. 38% населения высказывается против строительства новых энергоблоков на действующих АЭС и большинство считает обязательным своё участие при принятии решений о строительстве новых энергоблоков. По оценкам экспертов, основными средствами, информирующими общественность о влиянии деятельности РАЭС на окружающую среду, являются: ведомственное и общественное телевидение, периодические издания местной прессы, тематические встречи.
In this research the study of public opinion is conducted about influence of activity of a nuclear power plant on an environment and participation of public in making decision about building of new power units. It was set that among the urban and rural population of estimation of ecological situation in the place of residence significantly different. Most respondents consider storage and disposal of radioactive wastes dangerous processes. 38 % of the population opposes the construction of new reactors at existing nuclear power plants and the majority believes mandatory their participation in decision-making on the construction of new power units. According to experts, the main means to inform the public on the impact of Rivne NPP on the environment are: departmental and public television, periodicals, local press, thematic meetings.
