В статье рассматриваются особенности сохранности зрительных функций у пациентов с гемодинамически значимым стенозом внутренней сонной артерии. Цель работы заключалась в анализе факторов, определяющих сохранность зрительных функций при гемодинамически значимом стенозе внутренней сонной артерии, а также в оценке возможной роли коллатерального кровообращения в поддержании адекватного кровоснабжения зрительного анализатора. Представленные результаты исследования наглядно демонстрируют компенсаторные механизмы, обеспечивающие сохранность зрительных функций у пациентов с гемодинамически значимым стенозом внутренней сонной артерии. Полученные результаты подчёркивают значимость компенсаторных механизмов кровообращения и необходимость комплексного междисциплинарного подхода к обследованию пациентов с патологией брахиоцефальных артерий. Работа акцентирует внимание на роли коллатерального кровотока как одного из ключевых факторов, способствующих сохранению зрительных функций при гемодинамически значимом стенозе внутренней сонной артерии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents a literature review on the interdisciplinary impact of hemodynamically significant internal carotid artery stenosis on visual function. The article reviews the peculiarities of the visiual function preservation in patients with hemodynamically significant internal carotid artery stenosis. The objective of the study was to analyze the factors determining the visual function preservation in hemodynamically significant internal carotid artery stenosis and to assess the possible role of collateral circulation in maintaining adequate blood supply to the visual analyzer. The presented study results clearly demonstrate the compensatory mechanisms that ensure the visual function preservation in patients with hemodynamically significant internal carotid artery stenosis. The obtained results emphasize the importance of compensatory circulatory mechanisms and the need for a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach to the examination of patients with brachiocephalic artery pathology.
