Впервые в Республике Беларусь проведено исследование с использованием базы регистра почечных биопсий, выполненных в г. Минске за период с 2010 по 2020 год. Выявлен рост распространённости ИГАН с 1,6/100 тыс. в 2010 до 2,0/100 тыс. взрослого населения в 2020 году. За 10-летный период наблюдения основным клиническим фенотипом явился бессимптомный изолированный мочевой синдром, который встречался с частой 67,4%. Неблагоприятные фенотипы, проявляющиеся острым повреждением почек или хронической болезнью почек и приводящие к началу почечно-заместительной терапии, встречались с частотой 33,3% и 50% случаев соответственно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to assess the primary incidence of immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) based on population data, analyzing the frequency of its various phenotypic variants. For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, a study was conducted using a kidney biopsy registry from Minsk for the period from 2010 to 2020. An increase in the incidence of IgAN was observed, rising from 1,6 per 100 000 in 2010 to 2,0 per 100 000 of the adult population in 2020. The more frequent clinical phenotype was asymptomatic, occurring in 67,4% of cases, while the adverse clinical course manifested as acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease, which over a 10-year observation period led to the initiation of kidney replacement therapy in 33,3% and 50,0% of cases, respectively.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммуноглобулин А-нефропатия</kwd><kwd>эпидемиология</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>фенотип</kwd><kwd>исход</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immunoglobulin A nephropathy</kwd><kwd>epidemiology</kwd><kwd>incidence</kwd><kwd>phenotype</kwd><kwd>outcome</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ghaddar, M.
