Предложены методы дополнительной оценки риска развития артериальных и венозных тромбозов. Уточнение риска развития артериальных тромбозов основано на определении наличия ИБС в анамнезе (ОР=5,2 [95%ДИ (1,8 - 14,8)]). Дополнительная оценка риска возникновения венозных тромбозов основана на определении наличия варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей в анамнезе (ОР=3,3 [95%ДИ (1,3–8,3)]) и количества тромбоцитов более 600×109 /л при постановке диагноза ИП (ОР=3,2 [95%ДИ (1,1–9,7)]).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analysis of the relationship between clinical and laboratory parameters and the development of thrombotic complications during the period after diagnosis in a group of 194 patients with Polycythemia Vera (PV) confirmed the effectiveness of using a risk stratification system based on the presence of thrombotic events in the anamnesis and age over 60 years for predicting the risk of thrombosis (OR=3,6 [95% CI (1,6 and 8,0)], p=0,0008). Methods for additionally assessing the risk of arterial and venous thrombosis were proposed. Clarification of the risk of arterial thrombosis is based on determining such factor as the presence of coronary heart disease in the anamnesis (OR=5,2 [95% CI (1,8–14,8)]).
