РШМ является четвёртым по распространённости видом рака у женщин во всём мире; по оценкам, в 2020 г. зарегистрировано 604 000 новых случаев заболевания и 342 000 случаев смерти от него. Эффективным и экономически обоснованным методом профилактики РШМ является профилактическая вакцинация против вируса папилломы человека в сочетании со скринингом и лечением предраковых поражений. Выбор вакцины зависит от циркулирующих генотипов ВПЧ ВКР в различных регионах.</p><p>В статье представлены результаты изучения распространённости вируса папилломы человека и его генотипов у женщин г. Гомеля и Гомельского района. Установлено, что с наибольшей частотой выявлялись 16, 51 и 58 генотипы ВПЧ, их наибольшая частота представлена в возрастных группах 18–24 года и 25–29 лет при дисплазии шейки матки. В соответствии с полученными результатами обоснованной является тактика проведения вакцинации от ВПЧ ВКР с целью профилактики РШМ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cervical cancer remains a serious public health problem. It is the fourth most common cancer in women worldwide, with an estimated 604,000 new cases and 342,000 deaths in 2020. Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination, combined with screening and treatment of precancerous lesions, is an effective and cost-effective method for preventing cervical cancer. Vaccination selection depends on the circulating HPV genotypes in different regions.</p><p>This article presents the prevalence of HPV and its genetic variants in women in Gomel city and the Gomel district. HPV genotypes 16, 51, and 58 were found to be most frequently detected, with their highest prevalence in the 18-24 age group and the 25-29 age group for cervical dysplasia.
