Оцениваемый с её помощью показатель глобальной продольной деформации миокарда более чувствителен к ранним изменениям сократимости левого желудочка. Целью данной статьи является оценка на основании клинического случая роли спекл-трейкинг эхокардиографии в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца и сопоставления выявляемых результатов с данными ЭКГ-синхронизированной перфузионной однофотонной эмиссионной компьютерной томографии миокарда и коронарографии. Полученные данные показывают, что стандартная эхокардиография в сочетании с оценкой продольной деформации по данным спекл-трекинг эхокардиографии имеет важное значение и даёт дополнительные возможности в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Speckle tracking echocardiography is a promising modern technique for assessing structural and functional changes in the myocardium. The indicator of global longitudinal myocardial deformation estimated with its help is more sensitive to early changes in left ventricular contractility. The purpose of this article is to evaluate, based on a clinical case, the role of speckle tracking in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and compare the detected results with ECG data from synchronized perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography of the myocardium and coronary angiography.
