<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Activities aimed at reducing mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases are a priority and determine the directions of development of specialized medical care; improvement of the healthcare system; development and implementation of long-term strategies for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, algorithms for managing cardiovascular and metabolic risks.</p><p>The objective of the study was to analyze the prevalence of risks of developing diabetes mellitus type 2 and their impact on the absolute risk of death, and to find ways to correct them in women of working age.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>дислипидемия</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>фактор риска</kwd><kwd>первичная заболеваемость</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>dyslipidemia</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>risk factor</kwd><kwd>primary incidence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">2021 ESC Guidelines on cardiovascular disease prevention in clinical practice / F.L.
