Более половины женщин трудоспособного возраста имели управляемые факторы риска сахарного диабета 2 типа и риска фатальных сердечно-сосудистых осложнений, включающие интегральные оценки образа жизни, биохимические показатели липидного и углеводного обмена, высокое артериальное давление. Наибольший вклад в формирование рисков у трудоспособных женщин вносили: повышенный уровень холестерина-нелипопротеидов высокой плотности (68,4%) и различные степени ожирения (38,2%). Нами также установлено, что около 10% женщин имели не диагностированные нарушения углеводного обмена, отягощающие риск фатальных сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.

Activities aimed at reducing mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases are a priority and determine the directions of development of specialized medical care; improvement of the healthcare system; development and implementation of long-term strategies for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, algorithms for managing cardiovascular and metabolic risks.

The objective of the study was to analyze the prevalence of risks of developing diabetes mellitus type 2 and their impact on the absolute risk of death, and to find ways to correct them in women of working age.
