В статье описаны ранние проявления дисфункций тазового дна у женщин, методы их диагностики и коррекции. Рассмотрена роль и место нитевого перинеального лифтинга при синдроме релаксированного влагалища и зиянии половой щели, преимущества и ограничения метода. Важным условием для использования данной методики является целостность тазовой фасции и мышечного компартмента тазового дна. Показано, что нити на основе полидиоксанона, полилактида капролактона и полимолочной кислоты с разнонаправленными насечками демонстрируют высокие показатели эффективности и безопасности при эстетической коррекции вульвовагинальной области. Новым перспективным направлением эстетической гинекологии является использование биодеградируемых нитей для коррекции перинеального птоза, тонуса больших половых губ, формы вульварной области и для армирования влагалища.

The article describes early manifestations of pelvic floor dysfunctions in women, diagnostic and correction methods. The role and place of thread perineal lifting in relaxed vagina syndrome and gaping genital slit, advantages and limitations of the method are considered. An important condition for using this technique is the integrity of the pelvic fascia and muscular compartment of the pelvic floor. It is shown that threads based on polydioxanone, polylactide caprolactone and polylactic acid with multidirectional notches demonstrate high efficiency and safety in aesthetic correction of the vulvovaginal region. A new promising direction in aesthetic gynecology is the use of biodegradable threads for the correction of perineal ptosis, tone of the labia majora, shape of the vulvar region and for reinforcing the vagina.
