Темновая депривация приводит к уменьшению количества живых эмбрионов в 3,4 раза, в 3,1 раза и в 3,3 раза на 7-е, 14-е и 21-е сутки. Выявлено уменьшение средней массы эмбрионов в 1,9 раза на 7-е сутки, в 1,5 раза – на 14-е сутки и в 1,8 раза – на 21-е сутки.</p><p>Зафиксировано достоверное снижение среднего краниокаудального размера эмбрионов экспериментальной группы. Этот показатель уменьшился в 2,7 раза на 7-е сутки, в 1,8 раза – на 14-е сутки и в 1,8 раза – на 21-е сутки. Предимплантационная гибель на фоне хронодеструкции показала повышение показателя в 4,3 раза относительно контроля на заключительном этапе исследования (21-е сутки). Отмечен рост постимплантационной гибели под воздействием постоянного света на 7-е сутки до 70,51%, на 14-е сутки – до 68,26%, на 21-е сутки – до 69,71%.</p><p>Полученные данные могут иметь важное трансляционное применение и будут использованы для поиска эффективных методов профилактики осложнений у беременных женщин с нарушенными циркадными ритмами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of fundamental research into the effect of dark deprivation on female rats during pregnancy. Dark deprivation leads to a decrease in the number of living embryos by 3,4 times, 3,1 times and 3,3 times on the 7th, 14th and 21st days. A decrease in the average weight of embryos was revealed by 1.9 times on the 7th day, by 1.5 times on the 14th day and by 1.8 times on the 21st day.</p><p>A significant decrease in the average craniocaudal size of embryos in the experimental group was recorded. This indicator decreased by 2,7 times on the 7th day, by 1,8 times on the 14th day and by 1,8 times on the 21st day. Preimplantation death due to chronodestruction showed an increase of 4,3 times relative to the control at the final stage of the study (day 21).
