Приведенные данные свидетельствуют о том, что использование фотодинамической терапии оказывает положительное влияние на восстановление морфологической структуры печеночной ткани, а также ее функциональной активности при токсическом гепатите. Показано, что использование предложенной методики оказывает регулирующее действие и обеспечивает оптимизацию процессов паренхиматозной регенерации печени на фоне экспериментально моделированного токсического гепатита, как ранней стадии развития цирроза. На это указывают как изменения гистологической структуры, так и биохимических показателей, свидетельствующие о нормализации функционального состояния гепатоцитов, отмечающиеся уже через 7 дней после лечения и сохраняющиеся через месяц. Таким образом, использование фотодинамической терапии с фотосенсибилизатором фотолоном для лечения токсического гепатита, как этапа формирования цирроза печени, является эффективным методом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyses the effects of photodynamic therapy with Photolon on histological structure of the liver and blood biochemical parameters in CCl4-induced hepatitis, as an early stage of development of cirrhosis. The data suggests that the use of photodynamic therapy has a positive effect on the restoration of the morphological structure of liver tissue and its functional activity in toxic hepatitis.It is shown that using the proposed methodology has a regulating action and ensures optimization of processes parenchymal regeneration of the liver on the background of experimentally simulated toxic hepatitis as an early stage of the cirrhosis development.Changes in histological structure and biochemical parameters indicate the normalization of the functional state of hepatocytes.
