В результате проведенного двухгодичного проспективного исследования определены различия между внутрижелудочковой и межжелудочковой диссинхронией у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией, атеросклеротическим и постинфарктным кардиосклерозом по данным эхокардиографического исследования в стандартном режиме и в режиме тканевой миокардиальной допплерографии.

As a result of a two-year prospective study, the differences between intraventricular and interventricular dyssynchrony in patients with arterial hypertension, atherosclerotic and postinfarction cardiosclerosis were determined according to the data of echocardiography in the standard mode and in the mode of tissue myocardial dopplerography.
