Обследовано 197 реципиентов трансплантата почки. Пациенты разделены на 2 группы: ПФТ - с удовлетворительной первичной функцией почечного трансплантата, ДФТ - с первичной дисфункцией почечного трансплантата. Определяли количество дендритных клеток перед операцией, на 1-е, 3-и и 7-е сутки после операции. В группе ПФТ относительное значение дендритных клеток в предоперационном периоде были выше по сравнению с уровнем в группе ДФТ. Однако уже с первых суток произошло значимое снижение данного показателя в группе ПФТ по сравнению с уровнем в группе ДФТ и ГС. Это наблюдалось и на 3-и сутки, а на 7-е сутки значимых различий в уровне дендритных клеток в группах реципиентов не наблюдалось. Динамика абсолютных значений дендритных клеток за период наблюдения была схожа с относительными показателями. Мониторинг уровня дендритных клеток у реципиентов почечного трансплантата в раннем послеоперационном периоде может быть использован с целью диагностики развивающейся дисфункции донорского органа.

We have examined 197 recipients who underwent kidney transplantation. Patients were divided into groups: PGF - with satisfactory primary graft function, PGD - with primary graft dysfunction. The level of dendritic cells was determined before transplantation, on day 1, 3, and 7 after transplantation.In the PGF group, the relative value of dendritic cells in the preoperative period was higher compared to the level in the PGD group. However, from the first day, there was a significant decrease in this indicator in the PGF group compared to the level in the PGD and CG groups. This was also observed on day 3, and on day 7 there were no significant differences in the level of dendritic cells in the groups of recipients. The dynamics of the absolute values of dendritic cells during the observation period was similar to relative indices. Monitoring of the level of dendritic cells in kidney transplant recipients in the early postoperative period can be applied for diagnosis of developing allograft dysfunction.
