Количество копий TREC составило 3383 - 238848 копии (Q1-Q3), KREC: 2729 - 236953 копии на 1 млн лейкоцитов (Q1-Q3). Исследовано влияние гестационного возраста 117 новорожденных, родившихся преждевременно (22,5-37,8 недель), на количество данных маркеров. Показано, что количество как TREC, так и KREC возрастало с увеличением гестационного возраста. Выявлено, что вес как доношенных, так и недоношенных новорожденных различной гестационной зрелости не влияет на количество TREC и KREC.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this study, the normal range for TREC and KREC in the peripheral blood of 58 healthy full-term infants was determined. The number of TREC copies was 3383-238848 copies (Q1- Q3), KREC 2729-236953 copies per 1 million leukocytes (Q1-Q3). The influence of the gestational age of 117 newborns born prematurely (22,5-37,8 weeks) on the number of these markers was studied. It was shown that the amount of both TREC and KREC increased with increasing gestational age.
