Проанализированы показатели ультразвукового исследования сердца, проведенного как по стандартной методике, так и с использованием тканевой миокардиальной допплерографии и 2D Speckle Tracking технологии. Предложена диагностическая модель прогнозирования патологического ремоделирования левого желудочка сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>As a result of the study, the differences between patients with arterial hypertension, atherosclerotic and postinfarction cardiosclerosis were determined in terms of the levels of biomarkers of myocardial fibrosis and inflammation, blood lipid spectrum, and renin. The indicators of ultrasound examination of the heart, carried out both according to the standard technique and using tissue myocardial Doppler sonography and 2D Speckle Tracking technology, have been analyzed.
