В данной статье приводятся результаты проспективного исследования по изучению кадиопротективного потенциала двух групп сахароснижающих препаратов: ингибиторов натрийзависимого ко-транспортера глюкозы 2 типа (эмпаглифлозин) и ингибиторов дипептидилпептидазы 4 типа (вилдаглпитин). 90 пациентов с СД 2 типа были рандомизированы с помощью генератора случай̆ных чисел на 3 группы в зависимости от назначаемой на последующие 6 месяцев сахароснижающей терапии: группа, продолжившая получать гликлазид и метформин, группа, дополнительно к гликлазиду и метформину получавшая вилдаглиптин в дозе 100 мг/сутки, группа, дополнительно к гликлазиду и метформину получавшая эмпаглилфлозин в дозе 25 мг/сутки. Терапия эмпаглифлозином сопровождалась регрессией индекса массы миокарда левого желудочка (118,00 (116,00; 121,00) г/ м2 против 121,00 (118,00; 122,00) г/м2) и снижением концентрации натрийуретического пептида (proBNP) (23,50 (16,70; 33,30) пг/мл против 31,00 (24,30; 46,20) пг/мл (p<0,05).

This article presents the results of a prospective study of the cardioprotective potential of two groups of hypoglycemic drugs: sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (empagliflozin) and dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (vildaglpitin). 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomized using a random number generator into 3 groups, depending on the antihyperglycemic therapy prescribed for the next 6 months: the group that continued to receive gliclazide and metformin, the group in addition to gliclazide and metformin received vildagliptin at a dose of 100 mg/day, the group in addition to gliclazide and metformin received empaglilflozin at a dose of 25 mg/day. Empagliflozin therapy was accompanied by regression of the left ventricular myocardial mass index (118,00 [116,00; 121,00] g/m2 versus 121,00 [118,00; 122,00] g/m2) and a decrease of the natriuretic peptide (proBNP) (23,50 [16,70; 33,30] pg/ml versus 31,00 [24,30; 46,20] pg/ ml (p <0,05).
