Предложена к использованию методика 3D-конформной лучевой терапии с модуляцией интенсивности пучка излучения, с подведением симультанного интегрированного буста в режиме гипофракционирования для лечения местно распространенного рака предстательной железы. На базе Гомельского областного клинического онкологического диспансера по данной методике пролечены пациенты. Проанализированы результаты их лечения. Отдаленные результаты лечения оценивались по показателям общей наблюдаемой выживаемости и выживаемости, свободной от рецидивов. Оценка токсичности, возникшей в результате ЛТ, проводилась по стандартам RTOG/EORTC. Результаты исследования пролеченных пациентов свидетельствуют об эффективности предложенной методики и ее преимуществе. Лучевая терапия в режиме гипофракционирования хорошо переносится пациентами и не сопровождается увеличением частоты и степени выраженности лучевых повреждений нормальных тканей. Разработанная методика позволила повысить показатели 3-летней, 5-летней общей и безрецидивной выживаемости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the modern possibilities of remote radiation therapy of locally advanced prostate cancer. The method of 3D conformal radiation therapy with modulation of the intensity of the radiation beam, with the addition of a simultaneous integrated boost in the hypofraction mode for the treatment of locally advanced prostate cancer, has been proposed.On the basis of the Gomel Regional Clinical Oncology Center, patients were treated using this technique. The results of their treatment are analyzed. Long-term treatment outcomes were evaluated in terms of overall observed survival and relapse-free survival.Assessment of toxicity resulting from RT was carried out according to RTOG / EORTC standards.
