В развитии ДКАН немаловажную роль играет неудовлетворительный гликемический контроль, одним из проявлений которого является вариабельность гликемии. Одной из возможных причин неудовлетворительной компенсации сахарного диабета и прогрессирования осложнений является синдром обструктивных нарушений сна (СОАС). В статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимосвязи вариабельности гликемии, автономной кардиальной нейропатии и СОАС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy (DCAN) is a serious and frequent complication of diabetes mellitus with a poor prognosis. The development of DCAN is associated with an unsatisfactory glycemic control, one of the manifestations of which is glycemic variability. Poor compensation for diabetes mellitus and the complication progression is possibly caused by Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS).
