При изучении взаимосвязи полиморфизма генов IL-1 и IL-4 с хроническим гастритом и раком желудка установлены следующие региональные особенности: Наличие у пациента генотипа 1/1 IL-1RN повышает риск развития рака желудка в 2,2 раза (р= 0,003, ОШ = 2,21, 95% ДИ 1,29-3,76 ); генотипа СT IL-4 С-33Т в 21 раз; Наличие генотипа 2/2 IL-1RN повышает риск развития хронического гастрита умеренно или высокой степени активности в 2,3 раза (р =0,021, ОШ = 2,37, 95% ДИ 1,12-5,02); Наличие у пациента генотипа СТ IL-1? C-511T и генотипа 2/2 IL-1 RN повышает риск инфицирования обладающими онкогенным потенциалом сagA штаммами H. pylori в 2,2 раза ( р=0,005, ОШ = 2,21, 95% ДИ 1,29-3,76) и (р=0,034, ОШ = 2,2, 95% ДИ 1,05-4,62). Носители данных полиморфных локусов с целью ранней диагностики неблагоприятного заболевания нуждаются в диспансерном наблюдении и обязательном обследовании.

When studying the relationship of polymorphism of genes IL-1 and IL-4 with chronic gastritis and gastric cancer we established the following regional particularities: If the patient has genotype 1/1 IL-1RN the risk of stomach cancer increases 2,2 times (p=0,003, OR=2,21, 95% CI 1,29-3,76); CT genotype IL-4 in C-33T 21 times; The presence of genotype 2/2 IL- 1RN increases the risk of chronic gastritis moderate or high activity of 2,3 times (p=0,021, OR=2,37, 95% CI 1,12 -5,02); If the patient has CT genotype IL-1? C-511T and genotype 2/2 IL-1 RN it increases the risk of infection having oncogenic potential сagA H. pylori strains in 2,2 times (p=0,005, OR=2,21, 95% CI 1,29-3,76) (p=0,034, OR=2,2, 95% CI 1,05-4,62). Data carriers of polymorphic loci for early detection of adverse disease require dispensary observation and inspection mandatory.
