С целью оценки динамики распространенности онкологических заболеваний за период 2010-2014 гг. в группах радиационного риска, представляющих население некоторых территорий Казахстана, прилегающих к Семипалатинскому ядерному полигону, нами сформированы 2 дозовые группы: непосредственно подвергавшихся облучению в дозе 100,0-199,0 мзв и 200,0-250,0 и более мзв в возрасте 50 лет и старше и их потомки во втором поколении в возрасте 40-49 лет. Зарегистрированы высокие относительные риски общей онкологической заболеваемости в основной группе и в группе сравнения, так же установлено более чем двукратное и полуторакратное превышение относительных рисков по раку легких и бронхов, раку молочной железы женщин. Избытки онкологических заболеваний в основной группе и в группе сравнения регистрировались в возрасте старше 40 лет, что свидетельствовало об их постлучевой реализации в отдаленном периоде после формирования эффективных доз облучения (40-50 лет), в группе лиц, подвергавшихся прямому облучению и их потомков во втором поколении (в возрасте 40-49 лет).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cancer effects of ionizing radiation are markers of radiation damage, and their levels depend on the values of the effective dose equivalent. In order to assess the dynamics of cancer prevalence, for the period 2010-2014, in the radiation risk group, representing the population of some areas of Kazakhstan adjacent to the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, we formed 2 dose groups, represented by two groups of people directly exposed to radiation at a dose of 100,0-199,0 mSv and 200,0-250,0 mSv and over aged 50 and older and their descendants in the second generation aged 40-49. High relative risks of total cancer incidence were registered in the main group and the comparison group, also more than two-fold and half fold excess of relative risks for lung cancer and bronchus, breast cancer was established.
