С учетом различных исследовательских работ приводятся значимые патогенетические аспекты клеточного и гуморального механизмов повреждения трансплантата, особенности формирования иммунологической толерантности и возможности применения результатов исследований в развитии подходов к иммуносупрессивной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors describe molecular and cellular processes accompanying the effector arm of the immune response in the organ transplantation.
